  • What are the different membership tiers available?

    We have three membership tiers: Silver, Gold and Platinum. Higher tiers get more perks.

  • How can I sign up for a membership?

    You can sign up at Yu Seafood Yorkdale or on this page. Choose a tier and fill in your details.

  • How long is the membership valid?

    All memberships are valid for 12 months from the date of registration and can be renewed annually.

  • Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership tier?

    Yes. You can upgrade at any time by paying the difference in gift cards, or by visiting until you meet the criteria. You can downgrade at your annual renewal.

  • Are there any exclusive events for members?

    Yes. Gold and Platinum members get invitations to tasting menus, chef’s table previews and seasonal events during the year.

  • Is the membership transferable?

    Memberships are non-transferable and tied to the individual who registered. However, Platinum members may receive guest passes for special events.

  • How can I cancel my membership?

    If you wish to cancel, please contact us at yorkdale@yuseafood.com. While membership fees are non-refundable, cancellation will ensure your renewal is not processed the following year.
